November 23, 2007, Underwood Plaza Update
Formwork was removed at the 1st Floor slab poured last week at the southeast wing of the building.
The electrical subcontractor was running MC cable from the 1st Floor switchgear towards the upper floor riser location.
Sprinkler piping was being run over the 4th and 5th Floor Levels.
The mechanical subcontractor continued welding up steel hydronic piping for the risers and the roof top boiler room. Ductwork was being hung over the 6th Floor Level. PVC drain lines were being run over the 7th Floor Level.
Wood blocking continued to be installed at the exterior door and window openings.
Metal stud partitions continued to be framed up at the 6th Floor Level. Exterior metal studs were being installed at the 7th Floor Level.
Bar joists began being set and welded at the 9th Floor Level.
