December 7, 2007, Underwood Plaza Update

In preparation for installation of exterior doors and windows, perimeter membrane was being installed at openings.

Exterior sheathing continued to be installed at the north and south elevations. Exterior felt continued to be installed at the west elevation.

Exterior metal stud framing continued to be installed at the 7th Floor. Interior partitions were being framed at the 8th Floor.

Ductwork risers were being installed at the south chase.

The 9th Floor slab was poured.

Electrical cables were being pulled at the upper floors. Openings were cut at the upper floor slabs at the mechanical rooms in preparation for pulling the main electrical riser cables.

Copper and cast iron piping continued to be run at the upper floors.

Exterior patio doors and wood windows continued to be installed at the west elevation.

In preparation for commencement of exterior brick installation, foundation membrane waterproofing was run up onto the brick ledges.

Bathtubs were brought into the building.

Roof beams were being hung.
