May 31, 2007, Update

These are photos taken on 05/31/07 showing, among other things, installation of gas lines by Arkansas Western Gas in the easements, stripping of foundation wall forms along the west wall, forming and installation of rebar at the north and east foundation walls and installation of temporary power at the tower crane.
