Installation of structural steel beams at the Second Floor Level continued and was completed.

Excavation continued and was completed at the Powerhouse Row area for foundation installation.

The central staircase walls continued to be backfilled with rock.

Steel bar joists and floor decking for the Second Floor Level arrived.

Foam block-out for brick ledges at the exterior of the foundation walls was removed.

Installation of the new covered pedestrian walkway along Dickson Street continued.

Steel stairs and edge angles were delivered.

Steel bar joist installation, along with bridging and edge angle installation at the Second Floor Level began.

Welding of frame braces began.

Reinforcing steel cages for the drilled piers at Powerhouse Row began to be tied up.

Welded wire mesh reinforcing for the elevated slabs was delivered.

The pier driller arrived to begin drilling piers at Powerhouse Row.
