February 17, 2008, Underwood Plaza Update

Site excavation and grading continued towards the west end of the Parking Deck area.

The roofer arrived with his materials, including insulation board and roofing membrane. Materials were flown up on the roof.

Installation of shaft wall framing and liner panels continued at the elevator hoist-way and at the north staircase.

The electrical contractor was wiring up and installing the main distribution panels at the upper floors.

Metal stud framing and brick support steel was being installed at the 6th Floor balcony on the west side.

Sheathing board and felt was installed in preparation for masonry.

Plumbing rough in, along with pipe insulation, continued at the upper floors, including at kitchen island knee walls.

Roof top air conditioning equipment support curbs were installed.

The south stair was completed up to the roof level.

Brick began being installed at the East Elevation along the alley between our building and the Garrison Building.

Exterior wood doors and windows continued to be installed at the North Elevation.

Sprinkler piping was being installed over the upper floors.
